  • Measuring website performance (Google Analytics, based on consent)

  • Measuring and targeting advertising activities (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, based on consent)

Legal Grounds

Personal data is processed within the scope of Article 5 of KVKK based on the following legal grounds:

  • Necessity for the establishment/performance of a contract (appointment requests and communication)

  • Legitimate interest of the data controller (website security, basic analytics needs)

  • Legal obligation (where required)

  • Explicit consent (for analytics and marketing cookies, advertising measurement/targeting activities, etc.)

Data Transfer

  • To authorized public institutions (in cases of legal obligation)

  • To suppliers (hosting, technical services, analytics and advertising technologies)

Retention and Disposal

Personal data is retained for the period required for the purpose of processing and for the durations stipulated by applicable legislation; thereafter, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
